Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and with the participation of Iraqi universities represented by their presidents, administrations, faculty members, and students, Prof. Dr. Abbas Naji Al-Shareeifi, President of Ibn Sina University of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, accompanied by a distinguished group of faculty members, administrative staff, and students, took part in the closing ceremony of the blessed Ramadan Quranic Council organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the University of Baghdad.
